WellSource Nutraceuticals® utilizes third-party logistics (or 3PL) for ecommerce logistics processes:  pick, pack, and ship operations.   Many of WellSource Nutraceutical’s business processes are adapted from the existing 3PL service provider standard levels of service and service level agreements.

1. Shipping methods and delivery times 

WellSource Nutraceuticals® offers two shipping service levels for domestic delivery

• Economy 5 to 8 business day delivery service
• Standard 3 to 4 business days delivery service
• Upgraded shipping available for an additional charge 

1. Shipping restrictions

Orders placed by noon CST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after noon CST will be shipped the following business day.

1. Returns, Damaged, Missing or lost packages

Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender.

Opened bottles are not to be returned unless instructed by WellSource Nutraceuticals® personnel. 

If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original package and all of the contents.  Please call and or initiate a return using the online return form or as soon as possible phone us at 219.213.6173.  Claims for defective or damage product must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).

Claims for Missing or lost packages must be made within 10 days of order placement.  WellSource Nutraceuticals® will initiate an investigation with the 3PL’s courier to locate or make a claim with the courier.  Replacements will only be made upon completion of the investigation with the 3PL’s courier.
